My Approach to well-being

True well-being emerges when our body’s physiology aligns harmoniously with our mental perception, creating a virtuous cycle that allows us to discover, appreciate, and even transform our daily lives. It is a state of vitality and deep resonance, both within ourselves and with the world around us
My Vision
In my experience, the path to a state of well-being begins with carefully observing the nuances of our personal history, seeking in the ordinary rhythms of daily life the keys to our physical and psychological transformation. After all, our “normality” is nothing more than our best (and extraordinary) adaptation to life, a rich and detailed reflection of how we have arrived here.
But in today’s fast-paced world, how difficult is it to remain present, simply in our own company?
The truth is, when we bring our focus back to the present and to ourselves, something extraordinary happens: we uncover the precious, authentic, and often overlooked core of our emotions, which gives voice to our needs. This is where the wellspring of our vital and adaptive resources lies—though at first, these inner spaces may seem uncharted and beyond our reach.
With the right support, however, we can:
• Cultivate awareness and openness towards the environment, our feelings, and the needs they carry, triggering a neurophysiological shift that can greatly improve already our quality of life.
• Explore the neglected parts of ourselves confidently, adding new pieces to the puzzle of a more integrated, fulfilling, and functional way of being.
Drawing from an essentially constructivist and experiential approach, I can work with you to restore an open, transparent, and compassionate inner dialogue, illuminating the values and structures upon which your life has been built, facilitating the process of embracing the freedom of choice and transformation.
At its core, personal growth is about allowing our inner creative process to set free, to let ourself create a new meaning capable to reintegrate and reinhabit the neglected or exiled parts of ourselves.
We can get there only when engaging with curiosity and openness to what seems stranger and unfamiliar, and when we remain with it, rather than of turning away.
This is the journey I want to take you on.

Intake
30 minutes free and non binding consultation to discuss the overall request for support, getting the needed clarity on what the process consists of, share expectations and concerns, come to an agreement on a possible future trajectory
Step 1
First Session
Normally focused on exploring in depth the emerging question and set with more awareness the end point of the trajectory. This would represent just an overall direction, that will be furtherly refined during the subsequent sessions, as a result of our in depth discovery process progressing
Step 2
End of each session
Will always represent a checking point where you will be expressing with your own words the learnings of the day and providing feedback on possible refinement you feel needed to your path
Step 3
Experiential homework
In between sessions, we can agree on working out a different approach to certain life situations, or on exercises to be performed upon relevant methodology. This would be a very important part of your learning and growth
End
Closing Session
We will look through the trajectory to evaluate the evolutional steps felt by you. We will discuss the level of satisfaction in the results achieved and decide upon the necessity to continue on different objectives, under a transparent, acceptant and open framework
